Patented AES Enzyme System – Naturally Fermented with Trace Minerals to Enhance Nutrient Absorption
What is AES Enzyme?
AES is a patented enzyme formulation developed through natural microbial fermentation, incorporating trace mineral cofactors (Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, and Manganese) to significantly enhance the absorption of nutrients in the body.

Key Enzymes in AES:

Amylase

Protease

Lipase

Cellulase
With the addition of essential cofactors (Ca, Mg, Zn & Mn), AES is scientifically formulated to support optimal digestion and nutrient utilization.

The Origin of AES – Developed by Dr. Gibbs
Dr. Gibbs developed the AES system based on his research during his academic years in Japan. While collaborating with Asahi Breweries, he observed that adding minerals to the rice fermentation process for sake accelerated enzyme activation, shortening production time by up to three weeks. At the time, Asahi had not patented the process.

Upon returning to the United States, Dr. Gibbs applied the same principle to design the AES system and successfully obtained a patent for its unique formulation.

Advantages of AES Enzyme System:

Cofactors are pre-added – no need for additional supplementation.

100% Non-GMO soy-based, fermented using koji mold.

Koji-derived enzymes are stable across a wide pH range (pH 1.7–11), allowing them to withstand gastric acid and remain active throughout the digestive tract.

Promotes maximum absorption efficiency in both the stomach and intestines.

Clinical Insight – AVD Measurement in Patients on Medication
Dr. Gibbs conducted studies on patients taking Aspirin and Warfarin at Sakura Hospital in Tokyo. The Apparent Volume of Distribution (AVD) was significantly increased in those who supplemented with AES enzymes, suggesting enhanced nutrient and drug absorption.
This indicates that combining AES enzymes with other supplements may improve bioavailability and reduce the required dosage for therapeutic effect.
